Review : Aldnoah Zero

This anime...is a sure must for all those who loves

1. Science (They got physics facts in there)
2. Mecha
3. Odin...yes, the norse god.

I'm not a big mecha genre anime fan but for the love of science and my pride as a scientist, this anime was...beautiful

The story is based on an alternate universe where humans have travelled to Mars and discovered the Mars Civilization relics, the Aldnoah drives. As the time went on, humans in Mars had their own empire and was envious of Earth's resources.

One fateful day, the Martian Princess, descended to Earth as a gesture of goodwill, only to be assasinated.

Both government blamed each other and the Martian Emperor decided to wage war with Earth. Thus, where the story starts.

Inaho and his comrades found the supposed dead princess and together with Slaine, the Earth born, Martian cadet, they helped her to stop the ridiculous war and search for the culprit.

I don't want to spoil more than that but serious, if you find the Gundam series too dramatic or focused too much on the relationship of the characters, you'll find this really light on that section. Not much fanservice on the ecchi side but hella on the mecha one.

Oh my poor heart, I want to take an Engineering degree after watching this show. I'm all for either, Mech. Eng., Electronic Eng, Metallurgy, Astrophysics or Material Eng.

All I need is cash. I swear, if I had the chance, I'll go for it. Mark my words.

There's two season, each with 12 eps.

Ok, on the music side....

It's all Sawano Hiroyuki.

And dear god, the righteousness, the perseverance and hope in the songs is so strong, I feel like saving the world.

If you've seen Guilty Crown, you'll know how he does his music. DRAMATIC~~

Anyway, that's all from me for now.

If I have anything more to update, I'll post it soon.

Until then, matta aimashou~~~

Changes ahead~~~~

Here we go~~

Hey there!

If you were a follower, then be informed that Alysoun changed to Rhae, for ease of memory.

It's been 6 years and I've barely used this place for anything so I've decided to re-do this, in hopes it might be easier for people to find me.

Anyway, the highlights are in the about me section, so read up to get a gist of what is going to happen now.

To my old readers, I missed you guys.

To new ones, pleased to meet you.

So, we walk...

Philosophy time on 'Time'

"To be or not to be, that is the question."

Food for thought for all Whovians and relatives to the space-time travel. Definitely, tl,dr but the idea won't leave me alone.

To explain "Those who does not know history are doomed to repeat them" and "History does not happen twice"

If history can't exactly be repeated the same, whether in result or process, then can it be repeated if there no 'history' of it, it never happened or even thought to have not happened?

In my most humble if not flawed opinion, both statements are true and yet so hard to explain. If there is no 'history' of it, then it can be repeated. Or, in a more accurate statement, 'history' is being made.

I've experimented with myself and thus how this idea popped up. You can't believe how many times I've had deja vu just for the fun of it only to get a great deal of confusion later. I don't think I need to point out the historical proof and stuff since you can try and look it up yourself.(Yes, I'm being lazy. This is the second time I'm writing this since my cat derailed my hands earlier) On top of that, being the subject to the said experiment, I've rendered myself unreliable for the result.

For the latter statement, it's true because, in natural conditions, we wanted to get the 'desired results' rather than repeat it. Even then, to replicate the exact same 'history', so many thing had to be taken into consideration with the utmost deliberation. I've tried, in a way, by forgetting something totally and then retrying it (by accident or otherwise) Of course, once again, deja vu takes over when I'm exposed to enough of the 'history' and I'm not so sure whether I did it the same or otherwise. Due to the nature of the experiment, even notes needs to be effectively concealed or encrypted (I did that...couldn't figure out a thing). As matter of fact, you have to render everything into empirical form and even then, it'll be hard since it's govern by the Quantum disciplines.

Of course, I'm not input-ing the God factor, chances, probabilities, statistics and heck, luck.

Ze last weeks in school

Like the title said, last weeks in school and I'm still... lazy OTL

Let's talk about Hetalia, shall we?

Watch ep. 41 of season 4 of Hetalia. With it, you'll unlock the key to the world's cycle of fashion.
I learned it but I don't have the stuffs to become fashionable. I'm a classic/sophisticated kind of person or the lazy slacker or the ultra stereotype of other nations' clothes type. Yus, that general knowledge did leak out into my fashion sense...MUAHAHAHAHAH-chokes on own spit-

....Ok, I admit, I dress like old corporate people. =w=

So like that's my update.... OTL pathetic, I knoe =.=

Curiousity

Right, now that we're here, I have an issue that piqued my curiousity.

Absence of UK syllabus books.

On the absence of UK syllabus books in the library...The first thought was "What the... We're part of the British Commonwealth. We should have at least one book WITH a UK syllabus and spelling."

Spelling is important. Seriously, half of the time I'm tempted to asked the teacher silly question like "Is it 'foetus' or 'fetus'?" and stuff like that. Yes, it is obvious I'm an Anglophile and fussy about language. I should just shut up but this is what freedom of speech is all about.

Ok, I get it. They came and conquered us and all that song but come on! Do you even know how many people kept going between American and British English MID SENTENCE?

Plus, everyone kept lecturing us on using what English and how. Do you think we enjoyed going back and forth?

Anyway, there was a schoolmate of mine who once said "In the end, it's all about application."

Who decides anyway?

For the heck of it, I'll settle for grammar. If the grammar is correct, fine.

Intro~

Well, you can all refer to my profile for my info and bio. So, on with business.

This blog was made for our English class for creative writing purposes and for increase of interest and aptitude in writing English. Now, that you know this, you would also like to know that I actually haven't written anything of this nature for a few years. -headdesk- Ever since my glorious post-SPM days with my best friends, both abroad and close to home, there been a malicious onset of the infamous artist block. -sigh-

I really, really, reaaaaallly~ missed the days when I used to write to no end. Alas, with my current condition, it's highly unlikely for me to break out from this block. Even more so with the homeworks and the IPTA stuff that's been going on. Plus, my health is like damningly...ugh, never mind. Sorry teacher, I forgot what i wanted to write despite the fact that it's been bothering throughout my classes.  Yes, it did occur to me to write it down but I thought it was so un-cool.

Sorry for boring you but as compensation, you might want to check this place out

My art blog (sort off. it's been dead for almost a year now)

Anyway, I'll tidy myself ASAP and get to a more organised mindset when I post another one. It's a weekly basis thing.
